Baltimore, MD — New Jersey-based post-hardcore band, Senses Fail made a stop at the Baltimore Soundstage with their LIFE IS NOT A WAITING ROOM  Tour. Life Is Not a Waiting Room is the band’s third studio album released on October 7, 2008. That makes it 15 years since it was released! The venue was packed.

To start this night off, were the California native’s Thousand Below. As Thousand Below took to the stage, the venue started to become packed with fans of all ages. They warmed up the crowd for this nostalgic show. The band was not as well known by everyone, but by the end of their set, the audience was jamming to the songs and enjoying themselves.

Next, Holding Absence was up on the stage! Holding Absence is a Welsh rock band all the way from Cardiff, Wales! The band mentioned how they grew up listing to American music on the radio and had dreams of rocking out the venues in the US! They played their most well known hits such as, “Her Wings” and “Gravity!” They set the bar high with mosh pits and crowd surfing erupting during their set.

Finally the moment everyone was waiting for! With anticipation mounting the Soundstage’s lights went out and fog filled the room. The crowd went crazy as the band members stepped on stage one by one. Throughout the set, the Buddy made sure to engage with the audience. He was telling everyone how his wife wanted a new refrigerator while he was on tour. The crowd was quick to chant “fridge.”

He also reminisced about his time in Fells Point recording this album. After a total of 18 full songs, they showed Baltimore that they are not going anywhere and can still put on just as good of a show as they did in 2002. They clearly have no plans of slowing down anytime soon. All in all, Senses fail puts on a phenomenal show!
