Toronto, Ontario – GTA based punk band The Jagged dove headfirst into their return to live music since 2023 on May 10, 2024. See Scape, a hidden gem of a venue in Toronto, was a super intimate atmosphere for the show, and everyone in the building was excited for the show to begin.

After introducing themselves and having some conversation with the crowd, the three-piece group played a mixture of original songs and iconic covers –  including a live debut of their songs “Kill you Dead,” and “Nobody Cares”; and a super punk-y cover of “Paint it Black” by The Rolling Stones. As they went through their set, the inspiration they gained from bands such as NOFX and My Chemical Romance became very apparent.

While The Jagged isn’t on music streaming platforms quite yet, they’re hoping to get into the studio sometime within the next few weeks. You can keep up with them via instagram for upcoming shows and other announcements.
