Cary, NC — The Gin Blossoms brought a wave of ’90s nostalgia to the Koka Booth Amphitheatre this past Friday night along with Vertical Horizon and Toad the Wet Sprocket, delivering energetic performances that had the crowd on their feet from the start.

The evening started off strong with Vertical Horizon, who kicked things off with hits like “Everything You Want” and “You’re a God.” Singer Matt Scannell had an engaging presence on stage, chatting between songs with the audience. Their polished sound and solid vocals got the audience warmed up and ready for more.

Next up was Toad the Wet Sprocket, who brought a more laid-back vibe with favorites like “Walk on the Ocean” and “All I Want.” Their vibe paired perfectly with the amphitheater’s scenic backdrop, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

By the time the Gin Blossoms took the stage, the crowd was fully prepared for their night of throwback fun. The band didn’t disappoint, rolling through classics like “Hey Jealousy” and “Found Out About You” that had everyone singing along. Frontman Robin Wilson was in top form, connecting with the audience throughout the set. The mix of their biggest hits and deeper tracks kept the energy up, making it a night to remember under the stars. The Gin Blossoms proved they’ve still got the magic, wrapping up a great evening for fans of ’90s pop/rock.
