Baltimore, MD – Fans of all ages came out in full force to see Hanson for a nearly sold-out show at the Rams Head Live! in Baltimore, Maryland. Hanson is currently on tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of their album, Underneath. The long line of fans flooded into the concert hall at 6pm as doors opened.

Starting off the night was Phantom Planet. The Los Angeles, Californians took to the stage with cheers. The four-member crew is made up of Alex Greenwald (vocals/guitar), Darren Robinson (guitar), Sam Farrar (bass) and Jeff Conrad (drums). Between songs Greenwald interacted with the crowd quite a lot, at one point mentioning they’ve been friends with Hanson for nearly twenty-five years. They closed with their hit song, “California,” leaving the audience energized and ready to take on the rest of the night.

As the stage lights dimmed, everyone in the crowd erupted in cheers, setting the stage for an electrifying night. The Hanson brothers jumped up onto the stage and instantly started playing “Dancin’ in the Wind.” Later in the set, eldest brother Isaac went over to Taylor’s acoustic piano to play a solo of “More than Anything,” a love song he said he wrote when he was just fourteen years old.  Frontman Taylor engaged with the crowd between many of the songs, telling them, “You can be anywhere in the world tonight but you are here, thank you.” Songs like “Where’s the love?” and “MMMbop” deeply resonated with the crowd, stirring nostalgia among the long-time fans. The brothers delivered an energetic two-hour set that showcased a mix of their hits from the Underneath album and many other fan favorites. To end the night and their solid hit-packed setlist, the group rocked out with the encore song “Rock ‘n’ Roll Razorblade.”

Overall, the Hanson concert at Rams Head Live! was a celebration of their journey as a band over thirty two years, filled with noteworthy, emotional moments, and a noticeable connection with their audience.
