Article by: Charles Yamabe The first time I attended Hangout Festival I deemed it as one of my favorites. Hangout is ideally located on the beach in sunny Gulf Shores Alabama. While the rest of the Northern U.S. is just starting to wake up from winter, the warmth and sunshine is
